Targeted Project 6

Targeted Project 6 addresses the Integration of the ICT Platform for Neurological disease in Ireland). Specifically an ICT platform-based approach towards disease characterisation and management across two centres of excellence for Multiple Sclerosis in a “living lab” setting (Beaumont & St Vincent’s Hospitals) will be developed.

This will ensure the right data is captured and available to inform care and, provides an opportunity to create a learning health system. Optimising MS patient care ensures that patients receive the ‘Right Care, Right Place, Right Time’. This is a central tenet of the Sláintecare policy.
